HOW CAN I SEE A SAMPLE OF A FABRIC OR FINISH OPTIONS
We have samples available of our wood finishes, marble and porcelain table top finishes and fabrics from our Coco Wolf House Collection. We understand that samples can be vital to the process of working out the scheme for your client and will despatch them directly to you the next day. Please email enquiries@cocowolf.co.uk to request.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE PRICE OF A PRODUCT?
Pricing is available through your interior designer, our London Head Office and showroom, and our representatives. You can also send a price request for any product through our website, where you can include the fabric you are interested in at the same time – view products.
HOW CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT THAT I HAVE SEEN ON THE WEBSITE?
If you are working with a Designer or one of our representatives, please place your order with them. If not, please get in touch with us directly on +44 (0)207 262 8614 or email enquiries@cocowolf.co.uk and we will make sure that you are in contact with a member of the team who can provide you with pricing and support to help you place your order.
CAN I CUSTOMISE THE SIZE OF THE PRODUCT OR CHANGE THE FINISH?
Yes, we offer extensive customisation across our collections, including a completely bespoke service.
You can choose your finishes on any product on our website product pages or simply get in touch with our team on enquiries@cocowolf.co.uk for any custom finish questions.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE YOUR FURNITURE?
Our lead time on our standard collection is 6 – 8 weeks.
For bespoke items our lead times are 10 – 12 weeks commencing from receipt of the deposit, fabric, confirmation of leg finishes and any signed off client drawings where applicable.
At an additional cost we also offer an express delivery service. Please contact a member of our sales on team to discuss your requirements.
CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN FABRIC?
Yes, we are more than happy for you to provide your own fabric, please consult with us on your choice of fabric to make sure it is suitable for outside use and for any FR treatment requirements or you can choose from our House Collection which also includes a selection of FR treated fabrics as well.
DOES MY FURNITURE NEED TO BE FIRE TREATED IN THE UK
Coco Wolf furniture conforms to the certified UK Fire Regulations BS5852 Crib 5 Contract Standard
FR treatment on outdoor fabrics is required for UK market, Fire Regulations as follows:
UK – FR Treatment Required
Domestic: BS5852 class 1
Contract: BS5852 class 5 Crib 5
Europe – FR Treatment Required
Domestic: No regulation
Contract: M1 and B1

DO I HAVE TO CONFIRM MY FABRIC CHOICE WHEN I PLACE
Yes, in order to guarantee delivery times you will need to confirm your fabric choice as soon as possible after placing your order.
DO YOU MAKE ITEMS NOT IN YOUR CATALOGUE?
Yes. We offer a full bespoke service allowing you to have fully customised pieces made to your exact specifications. Please contact a member of our sales team who will be happy to assist or view the bespoke furniture section of the website to see previous projects
DO YOU MAKE LOOSE COVERS FOR FURNITURE?

WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a 2 year commercial warranty on our frames. Fabric will wear depending on usage and treatment. Please follow the care instructions for all fabrics used.
WHERE DOES COCO WOLF DELIVER?
We deliver throughout the UK & worldwide. Any projects abroad we can crate and ship the goods. Wherever the destination, we have the experience and the relationships to find you the best solution.
WHAT IF ACCESS TO MY PROPERTY IS A PROBLEM?
Where access is limited, we are able to adjust the design from the outset by working with one of our design engineers for ease of delivery. Simply let us know your concerns and we will make the necessary arrangements. We are also able to arrange for items to be assembled on site. Make an enquiry.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Trade clients: Please contact our sales team to discuss opening your trade account.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to initiate order.
The remaining 50% of the invoice to be paid, prior to shipping. Once the balance is received our delivery team will contact you to arrange delivery.
Please note we are only able to arrange delivery once cleared funds have been received in our account.
Delivery prices are quoted on individual orders.
Shipping crates & shipping for international freight will be individually itemised on the invoice.
Factory collection can be arranged at clients request.
CAN YOU STORE THE FURNITURE FOR ME?
Unfortunately, we are unable to store furniture items, however we can arrange for a company to store them for you. Please contact us on +44 (0)207 262 8614 or email enquiries@cocowolf.co.uk to arrange a quote.
